Kim Minju (김민주) is a member of the girl group "IZ*ONE" that debuted in October 29, 2018. The group was formed through MNET's survival show Produce 48 and she placed 11th; Giving her the opportunity to debut. The group officially disbanded on April 29, 2021.Minju was street casted by Urbanworks is currently a Management SOOP Artist (since September 2022).Minju officially debuted as an actress early 2018 with the MBC drama "Tempted" and made her big screen debut in 2019 with the film "The Fault is not Yours." She released an OST titled "Christmas" for her film. 2022 MBC drama "The Forbidden Marriage" was her first acting work after 3 years. She also has been featured in multiple music videos prior her official debut as an idol.During her time with the group, Minju debuted as a lyricist and is credited for numerous songs such as "Really Like You" and "You & I."She was the emcee for MBC's "Show! Music Core" since June 13, 2021 and has been announced to be the longest consecutive emcee the program had as of January 2023. Minju stepped down as the emcee on January 28, 2023 after 960 days.
